Regional Account Manager , reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, who will lead key client accounts, ensure compliance, and drive performance across multiple branches. What’s in it for You - Competitive Salary: $76,000 - $84,000 / year
- Work Site Location: Southfield, MI
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

- Travel: Travel requirements will vary depending on the branch and account needs, with regular visits to client sites expected throughout the assigned geographical area.
Your Responsibilities as Regional Account Manager - Serve as the primary liaison for key client accounts across the region.
- Resolve client issues and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Guide clients through integration projects, RFPs, and onboarding processes.
- Deliver tailored presentations that align with client needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with MSAs at both the branch and site levels.
- Maintain and update business systems (CRM, ERP) and client documentation.
- Support the development and evaluation of security and crisis management plans.
- Oversee client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Analyze operational and financial data to prepare internal reports.
- Collaborate with branches to provide accurate pricing estimates.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
- Support branches in achieving 100% compliance with employment-related requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in developing action plans.
- Stay current on federal, state, and municipal employment laws.
- Maintain and update compliance tracking tools and employee handbooks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications: - Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 4 years of experience in staffing, compliance, or client account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
