Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Central

Reports to: Director, Field Sales & Education

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Territory: TX, LA, IL, and MI)

About the Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Central territory, you will play a pivotal role in our partnership with all different retailers, such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Sephora, Ulta and other luxury partners. This position blends team leadership with strategic partnership management, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional.

Role Duties and Accountabilities:

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Partner with the Sales Director to align with overarching company goals.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships at counter and at store manager levels.
  • Analyze by season the retail performance of all product classes for each account by the total chain, by door, and by market.
  • Ongoing evaluation of cosmetic/fragrance department trends and rankings and identify Nest rank and adjust strategies accordingly to increase it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Education.
  • Regularly engage with Retail senior management to review store performances and strategize solutions.
  • Plan and execute Cluster Trainings in partnership with store teams.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Recruit, train, and lead a freelance team of Account coordinators
  • Provide continuous coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for individual team members and the collective group.
  • Oversee team performance, making tactical adjustments to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build a call cycle that supports each individual.
  • Support and co-host retail events, ensuring sales objectives are achieved.
  • Learn from and share best practices with other regionals.
  • Development and growth of ACs and freelance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in multi-location management and sales team leadership required.
  • Strong background in retail sales, preferably in fragrance or beauty.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and travel, as needed (40% of time).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on market needs – typically Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial flexible approach
