Working collaboratively across disciplines, we develop industry-leading technology solutions aligned with business goals. Our Architecture Community of Practice provides resources for learning and governance, fostering leadership grounded in technical skill, innovation, and empathy. A Day In The Life Manage a portfolio of solution architectures and strategies for major business capability groups, establishing and governing target state architectures. Interpret drivers and develop security roadmaps addressing business, technology, and threat considerations. Maintain a security architecture process aligned with enterprise needs. Create security strategies, roadmaps, and capability maps. Translate complex security topics into business language for diverse audiences. Develop enterprise risk strategies covering application, infrastructure, safety, fraud, and physical security. Guide teams in applying security controls using frameworks like NIST, CIS, MITRE-ATT&CK, PCI, HIPAA, and privacy regulations. Support project delivery by setting priorities for architects. Research emerging security threats and recommend mitigation strategies. Promote security awareness across the organization. Qualifications BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related; relevant industry experience also considered. Knowledge of security controls in AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, Microsoft Entra Id, IAM solutions. Experience with SIEMs, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Microsoft O365, DLP, penetration testing, threat intelligence. Retail security industry experience, including eCommerce. At least eight years of software architecture experience. Experience with Enterprise Architecture, hybrid cloud deployments, and education in these areas. Experience with enterprise technology procurement and designing distributed, multi-region cloud systems. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies. Compensation & Benefits The typical salary range is $190,000-$237,000, depending on location and experience.
