This role involves working on Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric, an innovative cloud-operated AI cluster solution. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with UI and back-end engineers to craft user-facing features, translating needs into a great front end. Responsibilities include partnering with teams, leading end-to-end design, facilitating discussions, supporting engineering, and creating high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with engineering and product teams to explore solutions from concept to execution.
2. Lead end-to-end feature design and translate ideas into product features.
3. Facilitate design discussions and incorporate feedback for elegant solutions.
4. Communicate effectively to help others understand and rally around your designs.
5. Support engineering during development to ensure quality user experience.
6. Conduct workshops, sketch, prototype, and create high-fidelity designs.
7. Collaborate with leadership to improve design processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in UX, UI, or front-end design.
• Proficiency with techniques like storyboarding, sketching, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe, Sketch, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work, process, and impact.
• Ability to articulate design needs and decisions to diverse teams and leadership.
