*Travel RN – Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele)*

*Facility:* Rochester General Hospital – Rochester Regional Health
*Location:* 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621
*Contract Length:* 13 Weeks
*Shifts Available:*

* Days: 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
* Nights: 2 weeks of night shifts required within contract

*Position Summary:*

Rochester General Hospital is actively hiring experienced *MS/Tele RNs* for a 13-week contract. These positions are *day shift-focused*, but candidates *must be willing to work two weeks of nights* throughout the assignment. Qualified RNs should have *recent acute care experience* and be *proficient in Epic*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
* Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage dysrhythmias, and respond to rapid response events
* Administer medications and IV therapy, including oxygen support and non-invasive respiratory interventions
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in *Epic*
* Apply proper infection control and isolation precautions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

*Required Qualifications:*

* *Active NY RN license* – _must be in hand at submission_
* *Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience* in an acute care setting – _must have worked within the past 6 months_
* *Epic charting proficiency* – required
* *BLS certification* – required
* *No first-time travelers*
* *Must be willing to work 2 weeks of night shift* over the course of the contract
* *Cannot have RTO over Labor Day weekend*
* *Locals not accepted* – must live 75+ miles from facility
