As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Superintendent to join our team and help us keep our commitment to excellence. Position Overview: We seek a skilled and motivated Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to provide the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor on-site. Maintain project schedules, ensure milestones are met, and communicate any delays to project managers. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Inspect work performed by subcontractors and vendors to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards. Review and interpret construction drawings and plans. Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry (preferably with a general contractor). Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices. Experience managing large-scale construction projects and leading diverse teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Tech-savvy individual who is comfortable with technology and able to leverage it effectively in the role.
