What you'll do

The Enterprise Transformation team drives large-scale transformation initiatives from start to finish, serving as a connector across the organization to ensure the realization of desired business outcomes. As part of company-level portfolio planning, we prioritize projects through intake, assessment, planning, and performance reporting. We align partners on governance, roadmaps, scope, and delivery, ensuring strategic adoption and change management. This role focuses on leading transformation initiatives to improve Commerce for Sales-led and Digital (.com) policies, processes, systems, and data, in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative team culture that promotes growth
  • Manage transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing Commerce for Sales-led and Digital channels
  • Align programs with strategic goals to drive renewals, growth, and new go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Present to leadership, build consensus, and make informed decisions on policies and solutions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful strategic transformations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Commerce partners, guiding attitudes and behaviors during transformation
  • Modernize processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Fulfillment, and Billing-to-Revenue to improve customer experience and business outcomes
  • Drive transformation and readiness for Digital, Direct, and Partner-led Commerce workflows
  • Define and execute the CPQ/Commerce roadmap, modernizing platforms for faster time-to-market and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals
  • Optimize service operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve process efficiency
  • Implement innovative solutions in cross-functional teams, leveraging PMO tools for scope, risk, and resource management
  • Ensure effective executive communication and cross-region alignment
  • Establish continuous feedback mechanisms and performance tracking frameworks
  • Lead system evolution to support company growth and maturity
  • Prioritize user experience in all transformation initiatives

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees work both remotely and in-office, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, subject to team requirements.

What you bring

Basic

  • 15+ years of experience in Commerce (CPQ) processes and systems (e.g., Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Partner-led Commerce motion
  • 10+ years of project management experience, leading cross-functional enterprise programs
  • Knowledge of B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales journeys
  • Experience in SaaS environments within Commerce and GTM functions

Preferred

  • Strong relationship-building skills across organizations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Problem solver with complex program implementation experience
  • Certifications like PMP or Agile
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA or Masters in Data Science
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies including sales enablement and customer retention
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale transformation programs
  • Strategic thinking translating high-level goals into tactical plans

Wage Transparency

Pay varies based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. For example:

  • California: $202,800 - $327,625
  • Illinois and Colorado: $193,100 - $272,750
  • Washington, New Jersey, New York: $193,100 - $286,500
