Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store performance, ensuring engagement, achievement of key results, and delivering a world-class guest experience. They lead hiring, development, and foster a culture of belonging and growth.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management

  • Create an inclusive team environment and culture.
  • Set and cascade store vision based on key metrics.
  • Manage hiring to build a diverse team.
  • Support ongoing learning and development.
  • Address employee concerns and issues.

Guest Experience and Community

  • Lead exceptional guest experiences through connection and coaching.
  • Manage team to optimize guest experience.
  • Handle escalations and urgent requests.
  • Build brand awareness via community relationships.
  • Plan and execute community projects and initiatives.

Operations, Product, and Strategy

  • Drive visual merchandising and product strategies.
  • Manage inventory, product levels, and deliveries.
  • Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategies.
  • Manage store profit and loss.
  • Lead from the floor, coaching team members.
  • Ensure safety policies are followed.

Budget Responsibility

  • Manage controllable budgets, labor hours, and sales targets.

People Management

  • Manage store leadership roles.
  • Handle hiring and termination of staff.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Legal work authorization.
  • Reliable transportation for travel.

Schedule/Availability

Experience

  • 1+ year people management.
  • 1+ year managing retail operations.

Assets

  • High school diploma or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $76,020 - $102,851 annually, plus bonus and benefits including health, dental, retirement, discounts, wellness programs, and development opportunities.

Additional Details

Senior level, full-time, retail management role with a focus on sales and community engagement.
