PAY RANGE:
$60,000 - $70,000 / Annually
AVAILABILITY:Monday through Friday, some weekends
POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Wellness Program Director is a mission-driven leader dedicated to advancing community health and well-being through innovative wellness strategies and strong operational support. This role supports association wellness activities, grant management, program implementation, and community wellness initiatives that embody the YMCA’s values and vision for a healthier Hawai‘i.
The Senior Wellness Program Director provides critical oversight to ensure high-quality experiences at YMCA wellness centers across the association, drives standards in group exercise and wellness programming, and supports staff training and certification. In partnership with the Membership & Healthy Lifestyles Program Executive and operational teams, this leader cultivates a culture of inclusion, health equity, and high-impact engagement across the Y’s programs and services.
