Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts involving global immigration, compliance, and workforce mobility

• Develop and implement customized strategies aligned with corporate HR and mobility goals

• Partner with in-country legal teams, relocation consultants, and HR professionals

• Monitor legal and regulatory changes across key immigration markets (U.S., EU, APAC, LATAM)

• Draft legal documents including petitions, advisory memos, and compliance protocols

• Lead client training sessions and provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders

• Identify and contribute to business development and service expansion opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, preferably in corporate/global mobility

• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• J.D. or international equivalent from an accredited law school

• Deep understanding of global immigration policies and compliance requirements

• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and international portfolios

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with immigration compliance platforms or case management tools

• Multilingual abilities or international experience preferred
