Our client, a high-end bridal fashion design company, is seeking experienced professionals to join their design studio. The available roles include full-time Seamstress/Dress Maker and Pattern Maker positions, as well as a part-time Dress Cutter role. As part of the Design Team, you will report directly to the on-site Design Director. The ideal candidates will have attention to detail, precision sewing skills, and experience with delicate fabrics, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sewer/Seamstress
Location: Hilton Head, SC
Pay Range: $22-$26/hour, depending on experience
What’s the Job?
Construct and alter bridal gowns using delicate fabrics such as silk
Create and adjust patterns for bespoke designs
Cut fabric with precision according to design specifications
Collaborate closely with the Design Director and design team
Maintain high craftsmanship and quality control throughout the production process
What’s Needed?
Prior experience in bridal or couture garment construction
Advanced sewing and pattern-making skills
Familiarity with working on delicate fabrics such as silk
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
