We're looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to take charge of designing and delivering world-class solutions across Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the HR technology landscape for enterprise-level clients bringing your deep system knowledge and business acumen to the table. What You'll Do: Employee Central & Compensation Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors EC to meet complex organizational needs. Build and maintain compensation plan templates, guidelines, and executive review processes. Set up merit, lump sum, and incentive plans, including combined compensation statements. Oversee data integration and mapping between EC and Compensation modules. Recruiting & Onboarding (RCM, RMK, ONB) Design and implement end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes. Customize job requisition templates, candidate pipelines, onboarding forms, and workflows. Drive process improvements for faster hiring and seamless onboarding experiences. Create actionable dashboards and reports to track key metrics like time-to-fill and onboarding completion. What You Bring: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in Employee Central (EC), Compensation, Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB). Strong background in HR data integration, reporting, and workflow design. Proven track record of optimizing HR systems in large, global environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
