Regional Sales Manager – Material Handling

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a sales team in one of our key territories. If you love building strategy, mentoring reps, closing deals, and making an impact, this one’s for you.

We support the backbone of the supply chain—our customers move critical goods every day, and we make sure they have the equipment to do it right. From forklifts to automation systems, we keep warehouses running and reps winning.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead your team and own the territory—new & used equipment sales, rentals, and allied products
• Build a business plan and drive execution to grow revenue and market share
• Hire, train, coach, and hold your team accountable
• Keep your pipeline strong and collections clean—DSO matters
• Partner with suppliers to maximize value and stay sharp on product knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
• Travel ~20% of the time to stay close to customers and your reps

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales leader who’s hit (and exceeded) targets
• Experience in industrial, equipment, or B2B sales strongly preferred
• Strong business chops—knows how to forecast, motivate, and close
• Skilled communicator who leads from the front and builds culture
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a track record of winning counts more

The Fine Print:

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 25 lbs from time to time. You may be exposed to warehouse or shop environments—so some noise and grit comes with the job.
