🚨 Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Fabrication Plant

Location: North Dallas

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

The Role

We’re hiring! For a growing fabrication plant is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex manufacturing projects from concept through to delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fabrication projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, and quality control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

🧠 About You

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
