We’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistants to join our growing team and support nonprofit campaigns that create real change.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing , public relations , grassroots fundraising , and nonprofit communications —no prior experience required. You'll receive paid training , mentorship, and the opportunity to represent organizations making a difference locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
Represent nonprofit partners at public events , pop-up activations , and awareness campaigns
Engage with community members and potential donors through in-person communication
Communicate nonprofit missions clearly, professionally, and passionately
Build meaningful relationships to inspire donations and long-term support
Support event logistics, team coordination, and on-site operations
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Friendly, people-first attitude with a collaborative mindset
Passion for nonprofit work , public service , or community causes
Able to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Local travel to outreach events required
Background in customer service , fundraising , or event work is a plus—but not required
