Description This position is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Events: Kiosk and showroom locations (Detroit Auto Show, Festivals and Home Shows) Canvass: Neighborhoods and subdivisions

WORK HOURS:

Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required for marketing associates.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation is designed to reward and compensate marketing associates who strive to their best every day. A sustained effort and a disciplined approach will lead to consistent results and a very rewarding compensation plan. We establish benchmarks and goals that have been realistic and attainable throughout our history as a result of the best training in the industry. Base Pay: $20/Hour Earning Potential - $$$$

1. Commission : $750–$800 per sale (Home Shows)
2. Commission : $1,500–$1,600 per sale (Canvassing and Events)

0.5% Commission : $375–$400 per sale (Open Houses)

DEFINITIONS:

Lead: An estimate/appointment = $10 per set appointment Demo: An appointment that is confirmed and fielded by a sales representative= $50.00 regardless of sale

QUALIFICATIONS:

Deliver excellent customer service Strong verbal communication skills Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow through and execution Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks Team Oriented Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekends Experience in Face-to-Face Marketing is a plus
