Essential Functions Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Ensure all paperwork is submitted completely and accurately Accurately track and communicate all activity with leads Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk at all times Work Environment Events: Kiosk and showroom locations (Detroit Auto Show, Festivals, and Home Shows) Canvassing: Neighborhoods and subdivisions Work Hours Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekend work are required for marketing associates.
