Join to apply for the Lead Generator - Sales and Marketing role at Matrix Basement Finishing . Description This position is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible. Essential Functions Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Ensure all paperwork is submitted completely and accurately Accurately track and communicate all activity with leads Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk at all times Work Environment Events: Kiosk and showroom locations (Detroit Auto Show, Festivals, and Home Shows) Canvassing: Neighborhoods and subdivisions Work Hours Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekend work are required for marketing associates. Compensation The compensation plan rewards consistent effort and discipline, with a base pay of $20/hour and earning potential through commissions:

1. Commission: $750–$800 per sale (Home Shows)
2. Commission: $1,500–$1,600 per sale (Canvassing and Events)
