Location: Seitlin Dental Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our fast-growing dental partnership network's ("DPN") Dental team. Job Summary: We are looking for an office professional with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to serve as our Insurance Coordinator. In this position, you will work in office at Seitlin Dental. The primary function of this position is to assist our busy practice with their billing needs. Visit our website at; Primary Job Responsibilities: Create and/or update insurance plans in PMS Reverify insurance for all existing patients 3 days prior to appointment Run outstanding claims reports for offices. 90 day+, 60-90, etc. Follow up with insurances for outstanding payments, lost checks/payments Resubmitting claims as necessary Recording all outstanding claims to a shared office spreadsheet Audit 5 insurances daily from verification list received from CEC Run billing/patient balance reports for offices. 90 day+, 60-90, etc. Mail patient billing statements Communicate with offices for any issues with claims, insurance verification, etc Post insurance checks for the offices Present treatment plans as needed Qualifications: 2-3 years experience preferred Associates Degree preferred Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
