Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join our wholesale team. This is a Toronto-based role. The applicant for this role will be responsible for managing our order desk for LCBO, grocery, and on-premise customers across the province.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in food, beverage and/or CPG sales focused in administration. It’s equally important to work well in a team, be a respectful communicator, and be enthusiastic about the creative aspects that go into selling and producing the beer we make.

This role will report directly to the Head of Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders from wholesale customers
• Make outbound phone calls and emails to existing wholesale customers, supporting the territory sales team to identify leads, opportunities, and prevent stock outs
• Actively source new sales opportunities through phone and email and collaborate with or delegate to sales team to move them through our sales pipeline
• Assist with new account onboarding
• Coordinate with the Inside Sales Manager to manage inventory effectively between internal and external warehouses 
• Assist with reconciling account records including POD’s, credit memos, and invoicing

Qualifications:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
• 1-3 years experience in an administrative, sales or logistics role
• Experience working within a team
• Drive to achieve ambitious goals as a team
• Ability to build and implement sales systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency preferred in Google Workspace, Shopify, Quickbooks, and Digthisdata or similar platforms

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
