Overview of the Position: The general contractor will coordinate and execute various property preservation and repair tasks. Responsibilities include assessing property condition, generating work scopes, collaborating with subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, managing costs and schedules, and maintaining communication with the company and clients.
