Job Description
Badger State Staffing is seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join a growing team in the Fox Valley area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related construction skills. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials primarily in residential settings.
Primary Duties
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM through project completion. This position will average 40–50-hour work weeks, with varied end times based on project requirements.
