Location: New York - One Manhattan West, Boston - Rowes Wharf, Chicago, Atlanta, Hoboken, Philadelphia

Role Overview

As a Director within EY Parthenon, you will lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turnarounds for our clients. You will work with our team to enhance client value through strategic initiatives in corporate/BU strategy, go-to-market strategies (including digital), and optimizing commercial functions such as sales, marketing, and pricing, while minimizing customer disruption.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive value for clients through strategic and commercial insights.
  • Support business development efforts, including client presentations and pursuits.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support thought leadership and develop intellectual capital.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in managing significant transactions (buy/sell side) and consulting.
  • Knowledge in strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategies, and market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; willingness to travel up to 80%.

  • Proven success in transactions or commercial strategy roles.
  • Experience in large professional services firms.
  • Strong industry networking skills.

What We Offer
