Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854

Duration: Temp assignment

Shifts available: 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm), Will need to train on 1st shift for the first 3 weeks (if they're 2nd shift)

Pay rate: $17/hr.

Bi-Lingual English/Spanish required.

Job Description:

Summary: As a Warehouse Associate you will play a critical role in daily operations by ensuring the materials within the warehouse are handled efficiently and in an organized manner. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and maintaining products while working in a safe and orderly. This position requires physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and real time visibility.
• Operate equipment such as sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack and reach truck.
• Collaborate with packaging and production teams to provide materials needed for production.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory using mobile scan devices.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize products within warehouse.
• Document and report and discrepancies found within the inventory system.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Multi-tasking and time-management attributes to accomplishing directives in efficient time.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma required.
• Machinery Operator experience (stand-up reach , electric ride-along jack, and sit-down forklift ).
• WMS experience with RF scanner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
