We’re hiring an Creative Project Manager for an exciting hybrid opportunity in Burbank, CA , supporting high-impact 360 marketing campaigns within the entertainment industry. This is a project-based role running from July through December 2025 , offering $45–$50/hour (W2) plus benefits , with weekly pay.

This role blends both creative and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with experience supporting cross-functional teams and delivering polished marketing assets across multiple platforms.

Creative Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist creative leads in developing marketing assets including trailers, key art, social media content, and out-of-home advertising
  • Manage photoshoots and support asset review, organization, and delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams to ensure feedback is communicated and project quality is maintained
  • Monitor creative budgets, process invoices, and manage vendor onboarding for contractors
  • Prepare creative presentations and participate in strategic and production meetings
  • Coordinate with departments such as production, legal, strategy, media, and PR to align campaign elements
  • Maintain key documentation including agency trackers, talent decks, and creative guidelines

Creative Project Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role within the entertainment industry (TV, film, studio, network, or agency)
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing AV and print assets
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, evolving creative environments
  • Experience handling sensitive materials and managing the review/delivery process
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Understanding of creative budgeting and tracking for entertainment campaigns
  • Strong team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Airtable and Google Suite
  • Background in 360 marketing campaigns across AV, print, digital, social, and OOH
