Job Description

Manage all transfers, releases, and assignments of commissions comprehensively, overseeing each phase from initiation through successful completion. Coordinate the distribution and processing of all contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Accurately input and maintain all agent information in Connect, including onboarding new agents and updating records for existing agents. Ensure all contracting forms and commission schedules received from the Home Office are consistently updated and accurately maintained in our system. Oversee the contracting process from start to finish, collaborating closely with our Marketing team to ensure each contract is completed accurately and on time. Guide agents through the entire contracting process, providing clear instructions and support to ensure successful completion. Manage phone inquiries, organize and maintain documentation, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
