We are currently seeking skilled Butchers to join our operations in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with meat preparation, cutting, trimming, and portioning meats according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to providing high-quality meat products to our customers.

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry, and seafood
  

• Ensure meat is prepared and packaged according to customer and company specifications
  

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of cutting area, tools, and equipment
  

• Follow all food safety standards and guidelines
  

• Weigh, label, and store products properly for distribution
  

• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders on time
  

• Inspect meat products for quality and report any issues to supervisors
  

• Perform inventory counts and restock supplies as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a similar food preparation role (1–3 years preferred)
  

• Familiarity with meat processing equipment and cutting tools
  

• Understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs
  

• Ability to work in cold environments and follow safety protocols
  

• Basic English proficiency; bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese) a plus
  

$18 – $23 per hour , depending on experience and skill level

($37,000 – $48,000 annually )
